Please read the following contract carefully. By signing it electronically, you accept the terms and conditions of Legatium's digital custody service.
DIGITAL CUSTODY SERVICES AGREEMENT
Between LEGATIUM CLOUD SOLUTIONS SL, located in Madrid, Spain, hereinafter 'LEGATIUM', and the undersigned user, the following is agreed:
1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
LEGATIUM will provide digital custody services for documents and digital assets through its digital vault platform with AES-256 encryption.
2. CONTRACTED PLAN
The user contracts the PREMIUM plan with a monthly fee of 9.99€.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate and updated information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of their password and Cryptographic Key.
- Designate authorized persons and share the Cryptographic Key during their lifetime.
4. LEGATIUM RESPONSIBILITIES
LEGATIUM agrees to:
- Custody the files with AES-256 encryption.
- Keep the platform operational.
- Activate the inheritance protocol according to the contracted conditions.
5. DATA PROTECTION
The user's personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR. The user can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by writing to legal@legatium.es.
6. DURATION AND TERMINATION
The contract has a monthly duration with automatic renewal. The user can cancel at any time from their control panel.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
This contract is governed by Spanish law.
