This platform is in a testing and development phase (demo version). It is not a final product or an official release. Data entered may be modified or deleted without prior notice. Absolute availability, integrity or confidentiality of information is not guaranteed during this phase.
1. Data controller
Legatium Cloud Solutions SL (hereinafter, "Legatium"), as the controller of personal data provided by users during this testing phase.

2. Data collected
During use of this demo version, the following data is collected:
- Registration data: full name, email address and encrypted password.
- Uploaded documents: files the user chooses to store in the digital vault.
- Authorized persons data: name, identity document and email of designated persons.
- Payment data: in the demo version no real payment data is collected. Card fields are simulated.
- Browsing data: IP address, user agent, pages visited and activity on the platform.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed for the following purposes:
- Manage access to and operation of the digital vault during the testing phase.
- Enable designation and notification of authorized persons.
- Send security communications and activity alerts.
- Improve the platform and fix technical issues.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Data processing is based on:
- The user’s consent when registering and accepting this policy.
- Performance of a contract for digital services (even in testing phase).
- Legatium’s legitimate interest in ensuring platform security.
5. Data retention
Data will be retained for the duration of the testing phase. Afterwards, data may be deleted unless the user expressly requests retention or a legal obligation prevents deletion.
6. User rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting legal@legatium.es.
7. Security
Legatium applies technical and organisational security measures to protect data, including password encryption, intrusion detection and access control. However, as this is a testing version, a security level equivalent to a final product is not guaranteed.
8. Changes
This privacy policy may be modified at any time. Changes will be notified through the platform. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
9. Applicable law
This policy is governed by Spanish law and, in particular, by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).
