Authorized persons are at the heart of Legatium. Designate trusted people who may request vault opening. When the time comes, after identity checks (ID) and a death certificate, the vault is released under protocol.

  1. Request opening in the authorized persons portal (key + documents).
  2. When approved, set your password with your email.
  3. Sign in with the same login and view the released legacy, read-only.
  4. Later you can create your own vault with the same email and password.

Are you a client and also an authorized person?

One account and password. Same login; if you have several destinations, you choose where to go.

  1. Single login → Legatium email and password.
  2. If you have a vault and a released legacy, you choose: My vault or Legacy of…
  3. In your vault you manage everything; in a legacy you only see what was released, read-only.
  4. Changing your password in profile updates all destinations.

Important: the authorized person only sees what you mark. If you grant access to a car or insurance, they also see PDFs and records linked to that dossier.
